All Things Invisible ...

Have you ever been dreaming, then realized that you were dreaming?
At that moment, one is able to "control" the dream. To create the dream world.
Have you ever been awake, then realized that you were awake?
At that moment...
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN YOURSELF, AND DECIDED TO JUST CONTINUE ON BEING THAT?
AT THAT MOMENT, I GUARANTEE YOU WILL SUCCEEEEEED!

HARDER THAN ROCKS...

Three Categories of People
(1) The Righteous
[2:3] who believe in the unseen, observe the Contact Prayers (Salat), and from our provisions to them, they give to charity.
[2:4] And they believe in what was revealed to you, and in what was revealed before you, and with regard to the Hereafter, they are absolutely certain.
[2:5] These are guided by their Lord; these are the winners.
(2) The Disbelievers
[2:6] As for those who disbelieve, it is the same for them; whether you warn them, or not warn them, they cannot believe.
[2:7] GOD seals their minds and their hearing, and their eyes are veiled. They have incurred severe retribution.
(3) The Hypocrites
[2:8] Then there are those who say, "We believe in GOD and the Last Day," while they are not believers.
[2:9] In trying to deceive GOD and those who believe, they only deceive themselves without perceiving.
[2:10] In their minds there is a disease. Consequently, GOD augments their disease. They have incurred a painful retribution for their lying.
[2:11] When they are told, "Do not commit evil," they say, "But we are righteous!"
[2:12] In fact, they are evildoers, but they do not perceive.
[2:13] When they are told, "Believe like the people who believed," they say, "Shall we believe like the fools who believed?" In fact, it is they who are fools, but they do not know.
[2:14] When they meet the believers, they say, "We believe," but when alone with their devils, they say, "We are with you; we were only mocking."
[2:15] GOD mocks them, and leads them on in their transgressions, blundering.
[2:16] It is they who bought the straying, at the expense of guidance. Such trade never prospers, nor do they receive any guidance.
[2:17] Their example is like those who start a fire, then, as it begins to shed light around them, GOD takes away their light, leaving them in darkness, unable to see.
[2:18] Deaf, dumb, and blind; they fail to return.
[2:19] Another example: a rainstorm from the sky in which there is darkness, thunder, and lightning. They put their fingers in their ears, to evade death. GOD is fully aware of the disbelievers.

Seeing Good in All...

... It may be that you hate something when it is good for you and it may be that you love something when it is bad for you. God knows and you do not know.
(Surat al-Baqara: 216)

Believers live in wholehearted submission to God, aware that everything, in its minutest detail, is created by God and predetermined by Him according to a certain plan. Although believers may encounter all sorts of hardships and trials throughout their lives, they never feel regret and say, "I wished this did not happen to me..." They believe that a divine purpose and good is to be found in every event. Therefore, even in the most distressing circumstances, they live with peace of mind. However, disbelievers, who are unaware of this truth, feel great anxiety whenever they are confronted by an event which to them seems evil. Hopelessness and despair pervades their lives. The fact is, however, due to his nature, man is constantly seeking peace and comfort, because of the physical and spiritual pains that difficulty, stress and sorrow cause him. But, the sorrow, stress and despair, which a person who does not put his trust in God or see the good in whatever befalls him is subjected to, encroaches upon him from all around. He can never manage to free himself from fear of future, fear of death, disease, or fear of poverty.
Man's only salvation is found in remembering that God creates every event for a divine purpose and a certain good. A believer is putting his faith in God in the truest sense only if he remains cognisant of this fact. He comports himself in the manner of a true servant only if he does not merely endure these situations, but is patient through them. Keeping always near to God, by praying and putting one's faith in Him, and expecting that everything comes from Him, is a quality particular to believers.
In this world, in which he waits to attain the gates of Paradise, a believer encounters various sorts of circumstances as part of his trial. During this test, he conducts himself responsibly towards his Creator, and endeavours to earn the pleasure of God and His Paradise. He seeks to avoid hell, fears God, and sees the good in all that occurs to him and around him. Though he fails to see this good, he remembers that it is God Who knows all, no matter what the circumstance. A believer is a being who has descended to the world from paradise through timelessness, that is, in God's sight. Here he is to remain, for a brief period of time, until he is permitted to enter that final abode by God's will. God informs us about an event which is sure to happen to His servants who fear Him and do their duty:
And those who have heeded their Lord will be driven to the Garden in companies and when they arrive there, finding its gates open, its custodians will say to them, "Peace be upon you! You have done well so enter it timelessly, for ever." They will say, "Praise be to God Who has fulfilled His promise to us and made us the inheritors of this land, letting us settle in the Garden wherever we want. How excellent is the wage of those who work!" You will see the angels circling round the Throne, glorifying their Lord with praise. It will be decided between them with truth. And it will be said: "Praise be to God, the Lord of all the worlds."
(Surat az-Zumar: 73-75)

A TIGHT CONNECTION...

‘En vérité, c'est Nous qui avons fait descendre le Coran, et c'est Nous qui en sommes gardien.’
(CORAN, 15:9)

‘Absolutely, we have revealed the reminder, and, absolutely, we will preserve it.’
(QUR’AN, 15:9)

Almost a year ago, I met this very interesting young lady at the mosque… she is French. She didn’t know any Arabic, not even the alphabets whatsoever… and despite that, she used to go to the mosque continuously… she loved to hear the Qur’an being recited, she loved the prayers,… she actually left France and her folks to live here in the U.A.E. as the veil is permitted, unlike France…and now she works here…
Anyhow, a week ago, she called me on the phone to tell me that her brother came all over from France, just to learn Arabic, to read Qur’an… Moreover, his English is almost zilch!
But yet my daddy helps him out with Arabic, & my dad doesn’t know French, and that brother doesn’t know English, and they still communicate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They still connect. And talking about connection please do read this:
http://www.jawwads.com/?p=149

I mean cummooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon!!!
We are born with Arabic in our heads, and forget to even open the Qur’an…
Please, let’s connect ourselves to Allah’s living miracle…
Let’s try harder…
What happened?
May Allah Almighty grant us the love of his book, and the deeds that are related to obeying it.
May Allah give us the inclination of creating a link and connection with Him. And may He also give us the feeling of regret and the understanding to establish a connection with Him. Aameen.

Absolutely this is true:
‘Absolutely, we have revealed the reminder, and, absolutely, we will preserve it.’
(QUR’AN, 15:9)
What happened to the ummah
Once known so well
Greatness was known
But now can u tell
Used to inspire others with our way of thinking and speech
People came from afar just to hear us teach
Yo what happened to the ummah
Once known so well
Greatness was known
But now can u tell
Mosques are empty, refrigerators are stocked
We lost our deen we feel secure
‘Cause our mansions are locked
In my teen years salah wasn’t really that tight
Now I gotta pray each one of them twice
What happened to the ummah
Once known so well
Greatness was known
But now can u tell
Brother we prefer light skinned women
While righteously maintaining our deen against racism
What happened to the ummah
Once known so well
Greatness was known But now can u tell
What happened to the ummah once known so well
Greatness was known, but now can u tell
Kids in Africa are starving – can’t afford to cry
I’ll pay interest for a car I can’t afford to buy
What happened to the ummah once known so well
Greatness was known, but now can u tell?
We used to smile at each other, with faces full of light
Now we frown at each other, we bicker and we fight
Pops in the mosque praying, kids in the streets hating
Kids on the corner selling, pops in the mosque preachin’
What happened to the ummah once known so well
Greatness was known but now can u tell?
The Quran has left out hearts stranded, hanging on out walls
6232verses, so strong
9 out of 10 of us can’t even read or write

EARTHLY LIFE ...

Know that the life of the world is merely a game and a diversion and ostentation, and a cause of boasting among yourselves and trying to outdo one another in wealth and children, like the plant-growth after rain, which delights the cultivators. But then it withers, you see it turning yellow, and then it becomes broken stubble. In the hereafter there is terrible punishment, but also forgiveness from Allah and His good pleasure. The life of the world is nothing but the enjoyment of delusion.
(Surat al-Hadid, 20)

Yet still you prefer the life of the world, when the hereafter is better and longer lasting.
(Surat al-A'la, 16-17)

MY HORIZON IS .........

MY HORIZON IS A LONG GREY LINE OF SILENCE STRETCHED FROM ONE SOLITARY MOMENT TO ANOTHER.
MY WINGS, IF THEY EVER EXISTED, ONLY A SCATTERED FLICKER OF SHADOW AND SPARKLE...
A LIFE OF FLIGHT, OF BRILLIANT LIGHTS SHADED BY ANGUISH, OF TEARS...

LIMITED...

How did we learn to be soooo limited?
How do thoughts create our reality?
YOU may be more than you think you are.
JUST FEEL IT, AND YOU WILL KNOW IT.
LISTEN TO THIS...

AN INVITATION TO A THOUGHT !!!

Draw a circle on a piece of paper.
Find the center and make a mark.
Look at the mark you have made. Is that the center?
Make a mark at the center of the first mark you made. Is that the center?
With every mark you make, the center gracefully diminishes until it reveals its essence. It diminishes into the realm of thought. The realm of idea.
Now, looking at the paper, at the center of the circle, you may realize that you are seeing how the dimension of spirit intertwines with the dimension of matter. You may understand that thoughts are real.
Thoughts are an invisible, subtle force. This realm is found within. It is the realm of the mind.
At the center of Mind is perfect stillness.
"A Circle whose center is everywhere,
whose circumference is nowhere."

BODY TIPS...

BRING A LIGHT TO EXPLORE THE DARKNESS, YOU WILL SEE ONLY WHAT IS IN THE LIGHT...

LIGHT OUT OF DARKNESS
I find as I grow older that I like the darkness less. Yet, for a while, I admit I also treasure the darkness. I love its solitude. I love the sleep the darkness invites me to fall into. And ironically and poetically, in my darkest moments I have learned the most profound lessons. The darkness represents the fallow period when the light is hidden away. But the darkness can also represent the demonic in human nature. Certainly there is much darkness in the world today—terror everywhere and genocide in Sudan; war in Iraq and poverty and hunger abound. There are days when I feel so overwhelmed and depressed by the darkness! . Human history is filled with days and centuries of darkness. Alas, I wish it did not have to be. Yet, out of the darkness always comes new creation. We have to believe that, don’t we?

WHY AM I LIKE THIS, AND WHY ARE YOU LIKE THAT?

NOW...
***ORIGINAL STATE 'FITRA'***
THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT TOPIC, SO I HAVE TO CONCENTRATE AND WANT YOU TO AS WELL...
AS IT IS RELATED TO WHY YOU'RE LIKE THAT, AND WHY I AM LIKE THIS...
NOW, GUESS WHAT?
MOOOOOOOOOOST OF OUR LIVES WERE NOT PLANNED RIGHT....
THE PROPHET SALLA ALLAHU ALYHI WASALAM SAID REGARDING RAISING KIDS...
1-PLAY WITH THEM UNTIL THEY'RE SEVEN...
that's not the case in most of the world's surface...go and check out the KGs...i taught and i know what I'm talking about..I taught grades ones to fives...Goodness... as if they are doing PhDs.we should play with them until they're SEVEN...KGs are full of math and science...etc...THAT'S NOT THE WAY IT SHOULD BE...and then,
2-DISCIPLINE THEM UNTIL THEY'RE 14...
that's also not the case in most of the places...they (parents) usually get fed up when they're 8 or ten, and then give up on them 'cuz they we're not "good kids"... the kids they wanted them to be...(saaad)and then,
3-BE FRIENDS WITH THEM UNTIL THEY'RE 21...
hehehe, funny...ITS HARDLY HAPPENING......
NOW REGARDING THE FITRA PART...IT IS THE INITIALLY SOUND AND SURRENDER (to Allah) NATURE THAT CHARACTERIZES HUMANS AAAAAAAAAATTTTT BIRTH.IT STARTS CHANGING FROM THE FIRST HIT ON THE BACK FOLLOWED BY THE FIRST SCREAM...I MEAN LOOK AT SOME ARAB MOTHERS...
THE BABIES START TALKING,
THEY ARE HAPPY,
AND NEXT THING THEY START ASKING THEM NOT TO TALK AND IF THEY STILL DO,
THEY DON'T REALLY LISTEN...
*****KNOWLEDGE*****
Five things that the Qur'an demands from every Muslim are as follows:
1. The Muslim is required to believe in the Qur'an,
2. He is required to read it,
3. He is required to understand it,
4. He is required to act upon its teachings, and
5. He is required to convey its teachings to others.
TO READ MORE ABOUT THIS KNOWLEDGE
NOW WHAT I MEANT PRESICELY IS, ANY KNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR PURE AND SOLE INTENTION BEHIND IS PLEASING ALLAH AND HIS APOSTLE IN A WAY, THEN THAT IS THEEEEEEEEEE KNOWLEDGE...
AND WAYS ARE ALWAYS DIFFERENT...

Now you take the glasses off and rubbing your eyes, focus in and around you, your eyes new to a raw world.

You should be thanking the One Above for the ups and patiently wait-out the downs, all the while striving to be closer to and to have more understanding of the One Above.

LEVEL TRUTH ...

FEAR, HUNGER, LOSS OF WEALTH, LIVES & FRUITS

"And certainly, God shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits,
but give glad tidings to those who are patient. Those who, when afflicted with calamity, say: '
Truly, to God we belong and truly, to God we shall return.'
They are those who are blessed and will be forgiven from their Lord,
and they are those who receive God's Mercy, and it is they who are the guided ones."
--Qur'an 2:155

THE TRAVELLER AND THE RESIDENT

Some people live in this world in total hardship,
Like the dead corpse of the night and the sleeper of the day.

But if they were of honor and religion,
They would be aware of God and would avoid anger.

The people are two: the traveller and the resident,
And the traveller is a warning lesson for the resident.

al-Fitra and Divine Knowledge

Fitra According to the Quran, the original state in which humans are created by God. In the Quran, God is called Fatir, that is, creator of heaven and earth, and the verb fatara is also used to mean "to create." However, the commonly accepted meaning of the word derives from the traditions of Muhammad, according to which God creates children according to fitra.

SHA LA LA LA LA LA ...

The seaweed is always greener
In somebody else's lake
You dream about going up there
But that is a big mistake
Just look at the world around you
Right here on the ocean floor
Such wonderful things surround you
What more is you lookin' for?
Under the sea Under the sea
Darling it's better
Down where it's wetter
Take it from me
Up on the shore they work all day
Out in the sun they slave away
While we devotin'
Full time to floatin'
Under the sea
Down here all the fish is happy
As off through the waves they roll
The fish on the land ain't happy
They sad 'cause they in their bowl
But fish in the bowl is lucky
They in for a worser fate
One day when the boss get hungry
Guess who's gon' be on the plate
Under the sea Under the sea
Nobody beat us
Fry us and eat us
In fricassee
We what the land folks loves to cook
Under the sea we off the hook
We got no troubles
Life is the bubbles
Under the sea Under the sea
Since life is sweet here
We got the beat here
Naturally
Even the sturgeon an' the ray
They get the urge 'n' start to play
We got the spirit
You got to hear it
Under the sea
The newt play the flute
The carp play the harp
The plaice play the bass
And they soundin' sharp
The bass play the brass
The chub play the tub
The fluke is the duke of soul
(Yeah)
The ray he can play
The lings on the strings
The trout rockin' out
The blackfish she sings
The smelt and the sprat
They know where it's at
An' oh that blowfish blow
Under the sea Under the sea
When the sardine
Begin the beguine
It's music to me
What do they got?
A lot of sand
We got a hot crustacean band
Each little clam here
know how to jam here
Under the sea
Each little slug here
Cuttin' a rug here
Under the sea
Each little snail here
Know how to wail here
That's why it's hotter
Under the water
Ya we in luck here
Down in the muck here
Under the sea

IGNORANCE!

Qur'an describes the creation of the individual and his evolution in detail as follows:
'Verily, We created man from a product of wet earth; then placed him as a drop (of seed) in a safe of lodging; then fashioned We the drop a clot, then fashioned We the clot a little lump, then fashioned We the little lump bones, then clothed the bones with flesh, and then produced it as another creation'
(Surah 23, verses 12,13,14.) .
SEE HOW INSIGNIFICANT WE ARE??
So, man does not have any pride since his beginning. Not only is he made of insignificant matter, but is also weak and lacks all feeling from the time he comes into life. Only the will of God preserves his existence that is surrounded by dangers. He is also the aim of ills and pains, and is subject to hunger and thirst whether he likes it or not. In spite of the fact that he likes knowledge, ignorance is his only share. He likes to remember but always forgets. He might make all kinds of plans for his safety but he never reaches the point of certainty over his life or his place.

FLOATING...

SEE the rock-born stream!
Like the gleam
Of a star so bright
Kindly spirits
High above the clouds
Nourished him while youthful
In the copse between the cliffs.
Young and fresh.
From the clouds he danceth
Down upon the marble rocks;
Then tow'rd heaven
Leaps exulting.
Through the mountain-passes
Chaseth he the colour'd pebbles,
And, advancing like a chief,
Tears his brother streamlets with him
In his course.
In the valley down below
'Neath his footsteps spring the flowers,
And the meadow
In his breath finds life.
Yet no shady vale can stay him,
Nor can flowers,
Round his knees all-softly twining
With their loving eyes detain him;
To the plain his course he taketh,
Serpent-winding,
Social streamlets
Join his waters.
And now moves he
O'er the plain in silv'ry glory,
And the plain in him exults,
And the rivers from the plain,
And the streamlets from the mountain,
Shout with joy, exclaiming:"Brother,
Brother, take thy brethren with thee,
With thee to thine aged father,
To the everlasting ocean,
Who, with arms outstretching far,
Waiteth for us;
Ah, in vain those arms lie open
To embrace his yearning children;
For the thirsty sand consumes us
In the desert waste; the sunbeams
Drink our life-blood; hills around us
Into lakes would dam us! Brother,
Take thy brethren of the plain,
Take thy brethren of the mountain
With thee, to thy father's arms!
Let all come, then!--
And now swells he
Lordlier still; yea, e'en a people
Bears his regal flood on high!
And in triumph onward rolling,
Names to countries gives he,--cities
Spring to light beneath his foot.
Ever, ever, on he rushes,
Leaves the towers' flame-tipp'd summits,
Marble palaces, the offspring
Of his fullness, far behind.
Cedar-houses bears the Atlas
On his giant shoulders; flutt'ring
In the breeze far, far above him
Thousand flags are gaily floating,
Bearing witness to his might.
And so beareth he his brethren,
All his treasures, all his children,
Wildly shouting, to the bosom
Of his long-expectant sire.

WAKING LIFE...

If you compare two things you tell how they are alike. If you contrast two things you tell how they are different. If you compare and contrast two things you tell how they are alike and how they are different.

It is important to organize your thoughts and information before you do so.
I'm not talking about something abstract.
I'm not talking about the kind of self or soul that theologians would argue about.
It's something very concrete. It's you and me talking.
Making decisions. Doing things and taking the consequences.
It might be true that there are six billion people in the world and counting.
Nevertheless, what you do makes a difference.
It makes a difference, first of all, in material terms.
Makes a difference to other people and it sets an example.
In short, I think the message here is...
that we should never simply write ourselves off...
and see ourselves as the victim of various forces.
It's always our decision who we are.
Dcision seems to come out of imperfection.
It seems to come out of a striving and a frustration.
And this is where I think language came from.
I mean, it came from our desire to transcend our isolation...
and have some sort of connection with one another.
And it had to be easy when it was just simple survival.
Like, you know, "water." We came up with a sound for that.
Or, "Saber-toothed tiger right behind you." We came up with a sound for that.
But when it gets really interesting, I think,
is when we use that same system of symbols to communicate...
all the abstract and intangible things that we're experiencing.
What is, like, frustration? Or what is anger or love?
When I say "love,"
the sound comes out of my mouth...
and it hits the other person's ear,
travels through this Byzantine conduit in their brain,
you know, through their memories of love or lack of love,
and they register what I'm saying and say yes, they understand.
But how do I know they understand? Because words are inert.
They're just symbols. They're dead, you know?
And so much of our experience is intangible.
So much of what we perceive cannot be expressed. It's unspeakable.
And yet, you know, when we communicate with one another,
and we--
we feel that we have connected,
and we think that we're understood,
I think we have a feeling of almost spiritual communion.
And that feeling might be transient,
BUT I THINK IT'S WHAT WE LIVE FOR.
SO, DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE LIVING FOR?

**S-A-K-E-E-N-A**

TRANQUILITY...

TIC TAC, TUC EVERLASTING !!!

DO NOT FEAR DEATH,
BUT RATHER THE UNLIVED LIFE...
WHAT IS IT PEOPLE MOST DESIRE?
as they face the end of their lives?
MORE TIME?
Well, I suppose.
They'd give almost anything, I imagine, for one more year.
Imagine what they'd give for all eternity.
ARE YOU PREPARED? TO DIE RIGHT NOW,
THIS INSTANT?
What if you could be eternal?
Right now, this instant?
Without having to face the uncertainty of death?
WELL ???
LOOK AROUND YOU.
IT’S TEEMING LIFE.
IT’S FLOWERS AND TREES AND FROGS.
IT'S...
IT'S ALL PART OF THE WHEEL.
IT'S ALWAYS CHANGING; IT'S ALWAYS GROWING
Like ME.
MY life is never the same.
I was once a child.
Now,
I am becoming a woman.
---------------------
AND THEN ONE DAY,
I'LL GO OUT...
JUST LIKE THE FLAME OF A CANDLE.
I'LL MAKE WAY FOR NEW LIFE.
THAT'S A CERTAINTY.
That's the natural way of things.
BUT THE WORST THING IS TO BE LIKE ROCKS,
STUCK AT THE SIDE OF A STREAM.
There's one thing I've learned about people.
Many will do anything,
anything not to die,
and they'll do anything to keep from living their life.
DO YOU WANT TO STAY STUCK AS YOU ARE RIGHT NOW, FOREVER?
I've just got to make you understand.
YOU don't want to die.
Is that wrong?
No.
MOST HUMANS DON'T...
BUT IT'S PART OF THE WHEEL...
THE SAME AS BEING BORN.
YOU CAN'T HAVE LIVING WITHOUT DYING.
DON'T BE AFRAID OF DEATH,
BE AFRAID OF THE UNLIVED LIFE.
FOR SOME, TIME PASSES SLOWLY.
AN HOUR CAN SEEM AN ETERNITY.
FOR OTHERS, THERE'S NEVER ENOUGH.
DO NOT FEAR DEATH,
BUT RATHER THE UNLIVED LIFE.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE FOREVER.
YOU JUST HAVE TO LIVE.

QUESTION OF WHEN.

With every passing day
the feeling grows stronger.
I was coming closer to the end of something
and moving towards the beginning of something new.
Change is in the air.
It is only a question of when.

NOT JUST WISDOM, IT IS A TREMENDOUSLY JUST WISDOM!

"And if you tried to count the blessings of Allah, never will you be able to calculate them." (14:34)
Praise be to Allah!
A brother believes that the wisdom is in being balanced between the people, and that the people be all the same. I swear by Allah, this is NOT the wisdom. There is no wisdom in the people being all the same. But the wisdom in there being differences is to define trials and establish tests. To distinguish the grateful from the disbeliever, the distressed from the patient, and the one who does good from the one who does other than that. This is the pot in which the soul of man will be melted in.
This is life, the place for striving and struggling. If Allah wished, He would have created mankind with bodies in need of food. It would not need wealth, food, or drink. But Allah installed in mankind appetites and cravings. He made them in need of food, drink, procreation, sex, and others. So Glory be to Allah, Who has created mankind in this fashion. And if all the people were equal, this life would have no taste to it, or any wisdom. For one to know how to be patient, there has to be something present for him to be patient with. And for one to know goodness and righteousness, it is necessary for there to be something for him to be good to. These are the blessings of humanity that would not be able to be distinguished except if there were differences and favoritism in life. If life were all brightness and daylight, there would not have been nighttime that the people retire in and that Allah has created as a covering. It is a must for light and dark, it is a must for day and night. It is a must for all of this.
"And if the Truth had been in accordance with their desires, verily the heavens and the earth would have been corrupted."(23:7 1)
Everybody thinks that the wisdom has to be in accordance with their desires. If this did happen, then life would never be normal.
Indeed Allah, The Mighty and Sublime, is not in accordance with this desire or that desire! For He has a wisdom that we know and a wisdom that we do not know. How many secrets does Allah have that even the tiniest quantity is hidden from the understanding of the intelligent?
Let me give an example for this young man.It was said that a man and his son were under a date-palm tree in an orchard. The boy decided to challenge his father, so he said to him: *Oh father, look at these different things that we see. What wisdom can you tel I me about them? And Allah is Wise and knows everything. Look at this small plant, the watermelon plant. It produces a very big fruit. What's the connection between this and the watermelon? What should it be or what is logical is that the fruit of the date palm be in the greatness of the watermelon, to suit the size of the tree. While the fruit of the watermelon plant be in the size of a date.* So he said to him: *My son, Allah has a wisdom that we do not know.*Then the young man lay on his back and his father lay on his side. And as soon as the young man's eyes closed a little, a date fell from the top of the palm tree. It hit him on his head, hurting him, and causing him to wake up. So his father said to him: *What is the matter?* He said: *A date from the top of the palm tree fell and hit me.* The father replied: *My son, praise Allah that it was not a watermelon!*
This is an example to show the wisdom of Allah, The Mighty and Sublime. People are unable and incapable of grasping this wisdom and understanding it all. But there is nothing left for one to say except what the angels have said:
"Glory be to You. We have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Indeed You are The All- Knowing The All-Wise." (2:32)
Or what has been said by the men of understanding, those that remember Allah standing, sitting, or lying on their sides and they think about the creation of the heavens and earth:
"Our Lord, You have not created this in vain. Glory be to You. Save us from the torment of the Fire." (3:191)
What is encumbent upon this young man who had this doubt and did what he did, is that he asks Allah for forgiveness, repent to Him, renew his faith and confidence in Allah, establish salaah, and connects himself with the people of knowledge and religion so that Allah can accept him and make him from the righteous young men. Allah is The Guardian, The Determiner.
"It is He (God) Who has created hearing, sight and hearts for you. What little thanks you show!" (Qur'an, 23/78)
"Do you not see that God has made everything on the Earth subservient to you and the ships running upon the sea by Hiscommand? He holds back the heaven, preventing it from falling to the Earth-except by His permission. God is All-Compassionate to mankind, Most Merciful." (Qur'an, 22: 65)
BUT I BET INSIGHT IS A GREAT BLESSING AS WELL AS SIGHT.DON'T YOUI AGREE?

YOUNG TIMES...

Most of the time is spent in comparing our lives and belongings (material ones) with our peers, fuming about things that will make no difference to our lives five minutes later.
And our days are consumed by these negative thoughts, emotions and moments. Instead of focusing on making our little environment a better place for ourselves, we focus on being the best, competing and….. oof the list goes on.
Changing the attitude is all that is required. Looking at the big picture all the time is what should be kept in mind (and always thinking outside the box, just remember this!!).

WELL, TODAY IS A NEW START, EACH NEW DAY IS, AND THANK GOD FOR THAT.

THE STOMACH IS THE SOURCE OF THE KEY IMPULSE OF PEOPLE.

HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!

THE HUMAN BEING IS A CREATURE THAT CANNOT PURSUE TWO THINGS SIMULTANEOUSLY, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE ON OPPOSITE POLES OF THE UNIVERSE.
------------------------------

The prophet Muhammad (pbuh) made a spectacular supplication:
“O God, if you are not angry with me, then I do not care what you do with me.”
In other words,
“If my life is toilsome and difficult, but I have not incurred your wrath, then I am happy with that.”
He is happy because he knows that the real life-the everlasting existence-is in the hereafter.

------------------------------

It’s funny how people find reservoirs of energy when it comes to worldly matters, but are overcome with sloth when it comes to matters of the hereafter.
IT’S ACTUALLY S-A-D!

CHANGING LANES...

"It's like you go to the beach; you go down to the water. It's a little cold You're not sure you want to go in. There's a pretty girl standing next to you. She doesn't want to go in either. She sees you, and you know that if you just asked her her name, you would leave with her. Forget your life. Whoever you came with... and leave the beach with her. And after that day, you remember. Not every day, every week... She comes back to you. It's the memory of another life you could have had. Today is that girl."

DO IT NOW, DON'T WAIT FOR TOMMORROW, 'CUZ AT THE END OF THE DAY, YOU MIGHT NOT FEEL ALL THAT WELL!

DELICACY YET STRENGTH!

NO NO NO.
DELICACY AND STRENGTH.

WE COME, AND THEN GO...

(THIS IS MY GRANDPA SITTING, I GOT THIS SHOT WITHOUT HIM NOTICING)

Much as he left it when he went from us
Here was the room again where he had been
So long that something oh him should be seen,
Or felt—and so it was. Incredulous,
I turned about, loath to be greeted thus,
And there he was in his old chair, serene
As ever, and as laconic as lean
As when he lived, and as cadaverous.
Calm as he was of old when we were young,
He sat there gazing at the pallid flame
Before him. "And how far will this go on?"
I thought. He felt the failure of my tongue,
And smiled: "I was not here until you came;
And I shall not be here when you are gone."

PALMAR HYPERHIDROSIS AND WHAT NOT!

Did you ever hear of sweaty palms?
These are my palms…
Don’t know really if it’s palmar hyperhidrosis (
http://www.sweatypalms.com/sweaty_palms.html) or not, but definitely sweaty palms…
As far as I remember, at a very young age, it was somehow difficult for me to hold my friends hands to play, or shake hands with strangers…
I even remember sitting for a French exam, and ‘cuz of my love for French, I panicked; and therefore my hands started sweating excessively on the exam paper, and next thing I find, the paper is torn…
Yep, it was ‘cuz of the sweat, and I had to ask for another one (exam paper)!

It’s a lot of things together…
Thank God, I’m not moaning, PRAISE THE LORD ALMIGHTY, THERE IS NOTHING TO MOAN ABOUT, I just wanted to say, that we are truly blessed with a lot of things…
Please feel these blessings and be thankful.

I HOPE THIS BABY GIRL’S HAND DOES ALL THAT IS RIGHT, WHETHER SWEATY OR NOT, IT’S THE DEEDS THAT TRULY COUNT, DON’T YOU THINK?

KEEP TRYING.

You don't know what it's like when you try...
and you try and you try and you don't ever get there!

BUT WHEN YOU GET THERE... IT FEELS RIGHT.

Upside Of Anger... Anger and resentment...

What is the price we've paid?
What is the price we've paid for...
Anger and resentmentcan stop you in your tracks.
That's what I know now.
It needs nothing to burn but the air and the life
that it swallow sand smothers.
- What? What?- Okay.
Whoa!
It's real, though...
the fury,
even when it isn't.
It can change you...
turn you...
mold you and shape you into someone you're not.
The only upsideto anger, then...
is the person you become...
Good job.
hopefully someone
that wakes up one day
and realizes they're not afraid of its journey,
someone that knows
that the truth is, at best,
a partially told story.
That anger,
like growth,
comes in spurt sand fits
and in its wake,
leaves a new chance at acceptance
and the promise of calm.
Then again,what do I know?
I'm only a child.
