All Things Invisible ...

Have you ever been dreaming, then realized that you were dreaming?
At that moment, one is able to "control" the dream. To create the dream world.
Have you ever been awake, then realized that you were awake?
At that moment...
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN YOURSELF, AND DECIDED TO JUST CONTINUE ON BEING THAT?
AT THAT MOMENT, I GUARANTEE YOU WILL SUCCEEEEEED!

HARDER THAN ROCKS...

Three Categories of People
(1) The Righteous
[2:3] who believe in the unseen, observe the Contact Prayers (Salat), and from our provisions to them, they give to charity.
[2:4] And they believe in what was revealed to you, and in what was revealed before you, and with regard to the Hereafter, they are absolutely certain.
[2:5] These are guided by their Lord; these are the winners.
(2) The Disbelievers
[2:6] As for those who disbelieve, it is the same for them; whether you warn them, or not warn them, they cannot believe.
[2:7] GOD seals their minds and their hearing, and their eyes are veiled. They have incurred severe retribution.
(3) The Hypocrites
[2:8] Then there are those who say, "We believe in GOD and the Last Day," while they are not believers.
[2:9] In trying to deceive GOD and those who believe, they only deceive themselves without perceiving.
[2:10] In their minds there is a disease. Consequently, GOD augments their disease. They have incurred a painful retribution for their lying.
[2:11] When they are told, "Do not commit evil," they say, "But we are righteous!"
[2:12] In fact, they are evildoers, but they do not perceive.
[2:13] When they are told, "Believe like the people who believed," they say, "Shall we believe like the fools who believed?" In fact, it is they who are fools, but they do not know.
[2:14] When they meet the believers, they say, "We believe," but when alone with their devils, they say, "We are with you; we were only mocking."
[2:15] GOD mocks them, and leads them on in their transgressions, blundering.
[2:16] It is they who bought the straying, at the expense of guidance. Such trade never prospers, nor do they receive any guidance.
[2:17] Their example is like those who start a fire, then, as it begins to shed light around them, GOD takes away their light, leaving them in darkness, unable to see.
[2:18] Deaf, dumb, and blind; they fail to return.
[2:19] Another example: a rainstorm from the sky in which there is darkness, thunder, and lightning. They put their fingers in their ears, to evade death. GOD is fully aware of the disbelievers.

Seeing Good in All...

... It may be that you hate something when it is good for you and it may be that you love something when it is bad for you. God knows and you do not know.
(Surat al-Baqara: 216)

Believers live in wholehearted submission to God, aware that everything, in its minutest detail, is created by God and predetermined by Him according to a certain plan. Although believers may encounter all sorts of hardships and trials throughout their lives, they never feel regret and say, "I wished this did not happen to me..." They believe that a divine purpose and good is to be found in every event. Therefore, even in the most distressing circumstances, they live with peace of mind. However, disbelievers, who are unaware of this truth, feel great anxiety whenever they are confronted by an event which to them seems evil. Hopelessness and despair pervades their lives. The fact is, however, due to his nature, man is constantly seeking peace and comfort, because of the physical and spiritual pains that difficulty, stress and sorrow cause him. But, the sorrow, stress and despair, which a person who does not put his trust in God or see the good in whatever befalls him is subjected to, encroaches upon him from all around. He can never manage to free himself from fear of future, fear of death, disease, or fear of poverty.
Man's only salvation is found in remembering that God creates every event for a divine purpose and a certain good. A believer is putting his faith in God in the truest sense only if he remains cognisant of this fact. He comports himself in the manner of a true servant only if he does not merely endure these situations, but is patient through them. Keeping always near to God, by praying and putting one's faith in Him, and expecting that everything comes from Him, is a quality particular to believers.
In this world, in which he waits to attain the gates of Paradise, a believer encounters various sorts of circumstances as part of his trial. During this test, he conducts himself responsibly towards his Creator, and endeavours to earn the pleasure of God and His Paradise. He seeks to avoid hell, fears God, and sees the good in all that occurs to him and around him. Though he fails to see this good, he remembers that it is God Who knows all, no matter what the circumstance. A believer is a being who has descended to the world from paradise through timelessness, that is, in God's sight. Here he is to remain, for a brief period of time, until he is permitted to enter that final abode by God's will. God informs us about an event which is sure to happen to His servants who fear Him and do their duty:
And those who have heeded their Lord will be driven to the Garden in companies and when they arrive there, finding its gates open, its custodians will say to them, "Peace be upon you! You have done well so enter it timelessly, for ever." They will say, "Praise be to God Who has fulfilled His promise to us and made us the inheritors of this land, letting us settle in the Garden wherever we want. How excellent is the wage of those who work!" You will see the angels circling round the Throne, glorifying their Lord with praise. It will be decided between them with truth. And it will be said: "Praise be to God, the Lord of all the worlds."
(Surat az-Zumar: 73-75)

A TIGHT CONNECTION...

‘En vérité, c'est Nous qui avons fait descendre le Coran, et c'est Nous qui en sommes gardien.’
(CORAN, 15:9)

‘Absolutely, we have revealed the reminder, and, absolutely, we will preserve it.’
(QUR’AN, 15:9)

Almost a year ago, I met this very interesting young lady at the mosque… she is French. She didn’t know any Arabic, not even the alphabets whatsoever… and despite that, she used to go to the mosque continuously… she loved to hear the Qur’an being recited, she loved the prayers,… she actually left France and her folks to live here in the U.A.E. as the veil is permitted, unlike France…and now she works here…
Anyhow, a week ago, she called me on the phone to tell me that her brother came all over from France, just to learn Arabic, to read Qur’an… Moreover, his English is almost zilch!
But yet my daddy helps him out with Arabic, & my dad doesn’t know French, and that brother doesn’t know English, and they still communicate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They still connect. And talking about connection please do read this:
http://www.jawwads.com/?p=149

I mean cummooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon!!!
We are born with Arabic in our heads, and forget to even open the Qur’an…
Please, let’s connect ourselves to Allah’s living miracle…
Let’s try harder…
What happened?
May Allah Almighty grant us the love of his book, and the deeds that are related to obeying it.
May Allah give us the inclination of creating a link and connection with Him. And may He also give us the feeling of regret and the understanding to establish a connection with Him. Aameen.

Absolutely this is true:
‘Absolutely, we have revealed the reminder, and, absolutely, we will preserve it.’
(QUR’AN, 15:9)
What happened to the ummah
Once known so well
Greatness was known
But now can u tell
Used to inspire others with our way of thinking and speech
People came from afar just to hear us teach
Yo what happened to the ummah
Once known so well
Greatness was known
But now can u tell
Mosques are empty, refrigerators are stocked
We lost our deen we feel secure
‘Cause our mansions are locked
In my teen years salah wasn’t really that tight
Now I gotta pray each one of them twice
What happened to the ummah
Once known so well
Greatness was known
But now can u tell
Brother we prefer light skinned women
While righteously maintaining our deen against racism
What happened to the ummah
Once known so well
Greatness was known But now can u tell
What happened to the ummah once known so well
Greatness was known, but now can u tell
Kids in Africa are starving – can’t afford to cry
I’ll pay interest for a car I can’t afford to buy
What happened to the ummah once known so well
Greatness was known, but now can u tell?
We used to smile at each other, with faces full of light
Now we frown at each other, we bicker and we fight
Pops in the mosque praying, kids in the streets hating
Kids on the corner selling, pops in the mosque preachin’
What happened to the ummah once known so well
Greatness was known but now can u tell?
The Quran has left out hearts stranded, hanging on out walls
6232verses, so strong
9 out of 10 of us can’t even read or write
1924 feels distant like way before Christ
Que le pasó a la maza
Como puede ser
La grandeza conocida
No la puedo ver
He visto como mi figura cae en tentación
A pesar de que la vida a sido buena con luz e ilusion
He pedido perdón por mis pecados
Tengo la cruz sobre mi cama y el diablo a mi lado
Que le pasó a la maza
Como puede serLa belleza conocida
No la puedo ver
He sentido incompetencia buscando la verdad
Todos dicen conocerla solo veo la maldad
Que le pasó a la maza
Como puede ser
La pureza conocida
No la puedo ver

EARTHLY LIFE ...

Know that the life of the world is merely a game and a diversion and ostentation, and a cause of boasting among yourselves and trying to outdo one another in wealth and children, like the plant-growth after rain, which delights the cultivators. But then it withers, you see it turning yellow, and then it becomes broken stubble. In the hereafter there is terrible punishment, but also forgiveness from Allah and His good pleasure. The life of the world is nothing but the enjoyment of delusion.
(Surat al-Hadid, 20)

Yet still you prefer the life of the world, when the hereafter is better and longer lasting.
(Surat al-A'la, 16-17)

MY HORIZON IS .........

MY HORIZON IS A LONG GREY LINE OF SILENCE STRETCHED FROM ONE SOLITARY MOMENT TO ANOTHER.
MY WINGS, IF THEY EVER EXISTED, ONLY A SCATTERED FLICKER OF SHADOW AND SPARKLE...
A LIFE OF FLIGHT, OF BRILLIANT LIGHTS SHADED BY ANGUISH, OF TEARS...

LIMITED...

How did we learn to be soooo limited?
How do thoughts create our reality?
YOU may be more than you think you are.
JUST FEEL IT, AND YOU WILL KNOW IT.
LISTEN TO THIS...

AN INVITATION TO A THOUGHT !!!

Draw a circle on a piece of paper.
Find the center and make a mark.
Look at the mark you have made. Is that the center?
Make a mark at the center of the first mark you made. Is that the center?
With every mark you make, the center gracefully diminishes until it reveals its essence. It diminishes into the realm of thought. The realm of idea.
Now, looking at the paper, at the center of the circle, you may realize that you are seeing how the dimension of spirit intertwines with the dimension of matter. You may understand that thoughts are real.
Thoughts are an invisible, subtle force. This realm is found within. It is the realm of the mind.
At the center of Mind is perfect stillness.
"A Circle whose center is everywhere,
whose circumference is nowhere."

.:: Stairway to Heaven ::.

BODY TIPS...

BRING A LIGHT TO EXPLORE THE DARKNESS, YOU WILL SEE ONLY WHAT IS IN THE LIGHT...

LIGHT OUT OF DARKNESS
I find as I grow older that I like the darkness less. Yet, for a while, I admit I also treasure the darkness. I love its solitude. I love the sleep the darkness invites me to fall into. And ironically and poetically, in my darkest moments I have learned the most profound lessons. The darkness represents the fallow period when the light is hidden away. But the darkness can also represent the demonic in human nature. Certainly there is much darkness in the world today—terror everywhere and genocide in Sudan; war in Iraq and poverty and hunger abound. There are days when I feel so overwhelmed and depressed by the darkness! . Human history is filled with days and centuries of darkness. Alas, I wish it did not have to be. Yet, out of the darkness always comes new creation. We have to believe that, don’t we?

WHY AM I LIKE THIS, AND WHY ARE YOU LIKE THAT?

NOW...
***ORIGINAL STATE 'FITRA'***
THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT TOPIC, SO I HAVE TO CONCENTRATE AND WANT YOU TO AS WELL...
AS IT IS RELATED TO WHY YOU'RE LIKE THAT, AND WHY I AM LIKE THIS...
NOW, GUESS WHAT?
MOOOOOOOOOOST OF OUR LIVES WERE NOT PLANNED RIGHT....
THE PROPHET SALLA ALLAHU ALYHI WASALAM SAID REGARDING RAISING KIDS...
1-PLAY WITH THEM UNTIL THEY'RE SEVEN...
that's not the case in most of the world's surface...go and check out the KGs...i taught and i know what I'm talking about..I taught grades ones to fives...Goodness... as if they are doing PhDs.we should play with them until they're SEVEN...KGs are full of math and science...etc...THAT'S NOT THE WAY IT SHOULD BE...and then,
2-DISCIPLINE THEM UNTIL THEY'RE 14...
that's also not the case in most of the places...they (parents) usually get fed up when they're 8 or ten, and then give up on them 'cuz they we're not "good kids"... the kids they wanted them to be...(saaad)and then,
3-BE FRIENDS WITH THEM UNTIL THEY'RE 21...
hehehe, funny...ITS HARDLY HAPPENING......
NOW REGARDING THE FITRA PART...IT IS THE INITIALLY SOUND AND SURRENDER (to Allah) NATURE THAT CHARACTERIZES HUMANS AAAAAAAAAATTTTT BIRTH.IT STARTS CHANGING FROM THE FIRST HIT ON THE BACK FOLLOWED BY THE FIRST SCREAM...I MEAN LOOK AT SOME ARAB MOTHERS...
THE BABIES START TALKING,
THEY ARE HAPPY,
AND NEXT THING THEY START ASKING THEM NOT TO TALK AND IF THEY STILL DO,
THEY DON'T REALLY LISTEN...
*****KNOWLEDGE*****
Five things that the Qur'an demands from every Muslim are as follows:
1. The Muslim is required to believe in the Qur'an,
2. He is required to read it,
3. He is required to understand it,
4. He is required to act upon its teachings, and
5. He is required to convey its teachings to others.
TO READ MORE ABOUT THIS KNOWLEDGE
NOW WHAT I MEANT PRESICELY IS, ANY KNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR PURE AND SOLE INTENTION BEHIND IS PLEASING ALLAH AND HIS APOSTLE IN A WAY, THEN THAT IS THEEEEEEEEEE KNOWLEDGE...
AND WAYS ARE ALWAYS DIFFERENT...

Now you take the glasses off and rubbing your eyes, focus in and around you, your eyes new to a raw world.

You should be thanking the One Above for the ups and patiently wait-out the downs, all the while striving to be closer to and to have more understanding of the One Above.

LEVEL TRUTH ...

FEAR, HUNGER, LOSS OF WEALTH, LIVES & FRUITS

"And certainly, God shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits,
but give glad tidings to those who are patient. Those who, when afflicted with calamity, say: '
Truly, to God we belong and truly, to God we shall return.'
They are those who are blessed and will be forgiven from their Lord,
and they are those who receive God's Mercy, and it is they who are the guided ones."
--Qur'an 2:155

THE TRAVELLER AND THE RESIDENT

Some people live in this world in total hardship,
Like the dead corpse of the night and the sleeper of the day.

But if they were of honor and religion,
They would be aware of God and would avoid anger.

The people are two: the traveller and the resident,
And the traveller is a warning lesson for the resident.

al-Fitra and Divine Knowledge

Fitra According to the Quran, the original state in which humans are created by God. In the Quran, God is called Fatir, that is, creator of heaven and earth, and the verb fatara is also used to mean "to create." However, the commonly accepted meaning of the word derives from the traditions of Muhammad, according to which God creates children according to fitra.
