DON'T GO THROUGH LIFE, GROW THROUH LIFE.

The recipe for beauty is to have less illusion and more Soul, to retreat from the belief of pain or pleasure in the body into the unchanging calm and glorious freedom of spiritual harmony.

The tragedy of life is not that it ends so soon, but that we wait so long to begin it.

The best use of life is to spend it for something that outlasts life.

YA HABEBY YA BROOOOOOOOOOOO

Listen, baby
Ain't no mountain high
Ain't no valley low
Ain't no river wide enough,baby
If you need me, call me
No matter where you are
No matter how far
Just call my name
I'll be there in a hurry
You don't have to worry
'Cause baby,
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you
Remember the day
I set you free
I told you
You could always count on me
From that day on I made a vow
I'll be there when you want me
Some way,some how
'Cause baby,
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you
No wind, no rain
My love is alive
Way down in my heart
Although we are miles apart
If you ever need a helping hand
I'll be there on the double
As fast as I can
Don't you know that
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you
Don't you know that
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough

S-M-O-K-I-N-G

Someone once said about smoking:
"I love their taste. I love their smell. I love their feel. I love their look. I even love that great sound they make when the paper crinkles and burns, and the sound of a smoker inhaling a lungful and exhaling it with gusto."

Quitting smoking is not easy, but it can be done. To have the best chance of quitting successfully, you need to know what you’re up against, what your options are, and where to go for help. This document is intended to provide you with this information.

Quitting helps stop the damaging effects of tobacco on your appearance including:
-premature wrinkling of the skin
-bad breath
-stained teeth
-gum disease
-bad smelling clothes and hair
-yellow fingernails
Kicking the tobacco habit also offers benefits that you'll notice immediately and some that will develop gradually in the first few weeks. These rewards can improve your day-to-day life substantially:
-Food tastes better.
-Sense of smell returns to normal.
-Ordinary activities no longer leave you out of breath (climbing stairs, light housework, etcetera.)

What a man believes upon grossly insufficient evidence is an index into his desires -- desires of which he himself is often unconscious. If a man is offered a fact which goes against his instincts, he will scrutinize it closely, and unless the evidence is overwhelming, he will refuse to believe it.
If, on the other hand, he is offered something which affords a reason for acting in accordance to his instincts, he will accept it even on the slightest evidence.
The origin of myths is explained in this way.

FANTASY OF LIFE !

The nature of fantasy ideology is a common human weakness to wish to make more of our contribution to the world than the world is prepared to acknowledge, and it is our fantasy world that allows us to fill this gap. But normally, for most of us at least, this fantasy world stays relatively hidden. Indeed, a common criterion of our mental health is the extent to which we are able to keep our fantasies firmly under our watchful control.
Yet clearly there are individuals for whom this control is, at best, intermittent, resulting in behavior that ranges from the merely obnoxious to the clinically psychotic. The man who insists on being taken more seriously than his advantages warrant falls into the former category; the maniac who murders an utter stranger because his neighbor’s dog commanded him to do so belongs to the latter ;)

Iman + Suffering + Patience = Paradise

Each of your breaths is a priceless jewel, since each of them is irreplaceable and, once gone, can never be retrieved. Do not be like the deceived fools who are joyous because each day their wealth increases while their life shortens. What good is an increase in wealth when life grows ever shorter? Therefore be joyous only for an increase in knowledge or in good works, for they are your two companions who will accompany you in your grave when your family, wealth, children and friends stay behind.
-Imam Ghazali

Each day that passes, a portion of me it takes away,

On the heart, a bitter taste it leaves, and then glides away.

Narrow Escape

"Get rid of your wrong actions before they get rid of you"

Humidity is at its peak.

Humidity is the amount of moisture in the air. It may come from various sources.

But I don't really think that it is the cause of this spiritual blindness that veils people's hearts

The values we live by are worth more when we pass them on.

+ UNITY =THROUGH= DIVERSITY +

Take the example of a mirror to conceptualize how men and women can appear to be similar yet be so different. The psychological differences between men and women can be likened to the reflection in a mirror. When you look into the mirror, you see yourself. At least you think it is you. When you look a little closer you find that although the image looks like you, it is very different. Your mirror reflection is backward! Everything is turned around. The feminine psychology is a mirror reflection of the masculine psychology. In many ways, men and women are like reflections of each other :
"different but complementary".

SeNsE & tAsTe !

Between good sense and good taste there lies the difference between a cause and its effect !

IIII ...YEP LOVELY .....BUT....DEEP..... !

1--- Forgiving when one is able to punish.

2--- Preserving mildness and acting mildly and gently when one is furious.

3--- Wishing even one's enemies well and doing them good.

4--- Always being considerate of the well being and happiness of others first even when one is needy.

QUIET COMPLEXXXXXX !

Like everything else and every occurrence in existence, strain and relief are at the
disposal of the Creator and continuously alternate like nights and days.
Even if there may be causes of this alternation originating from the deeds man does out of his free will, Divine Will extends or shortens the periods of strain and relief and throws man into tensions or makes him overflow with delight.
There are times when a man covers a long span of time as if flying like birds without being caught in strain, while there are other times when strain visits him too frequently and the periods of strain persist to the extent that he feels as if rolling from one pit into another and is exposed to great distresses.

Untitled
By Fadhlalla Haeri

We have to return
To our home,
Free of time and space
Away from constant change,
Life's dash
And the permanent race
With glitter,
Sparkle and glow.

To yield and accept
Life's ebb and flow
The heart must rest,
Content,
At peace
Beyond the cosmic space
In lands dominion
In the abode of
Divine grace.
From where the seeds of life grew
Many many creations
All to some enlightened few

Troubled Soul
By Hassan Radwan

When anxieties trouble my soul
and the night is heavy with sorrow
I look up to the heavens
where the angels hover amongst the stars,

I feel a gentle embrace so sweet and soft
Calming my mind
and healing my soul
Filling me full of peace and love

"Oh you whose throne enfolds the heavens and earth"
"Envelop me in your mercy and bring me back to your presence"

"To walk again in tranquil gardens"
"Wherein is neither suffering nor sickness"
"Nor pain nor misery"

The sky looks so perfect and beautiful
The stars shimmer while the Moon silently looks down

The air is fresh and clear,
Reviving my spirit and giving me hope

Can I believe that the dawn will bring
the answer to my prayers?
And the world will be a different place?

Silent Eyes
Haroon Zantia

Wild newborn,
Eyelids gently open,

Delight,

On meeting life,

Visions of youth followed by maturity,

Witness to sin & transgression,

Incorrect half-hearted worship,

Feebleness in old age.

Despair,

A lifetime of enjoyment,

Moment of Death,

Eyes wide open,

Following the departing being,

Waiting for the Day of Resurrection,

Silently,

The chance to provide witness,

Against a wicked soul.

When The Senses Are Twisted

Yes, it did happen! It happened to me. My ears could hear and my eyes could see. It might have happened to you, but you may not have noticed. This twisting of the senses and sensations happens whenever we see sheer and utter beauty. It happens when you get assimilated into beauty, when you live with it. It mixes up your senses, it makes you hear with your eyes and see with your ears.
Humans are part of this beautiful nature that is created by Allah (SWT) for the sake of inhabiting earth. Human instruments of expression are those that surround humans. Senses are used to express this beauty, especially the senses of hearing and sight. Arts express this natural beauty as well as the miracles of Allah's creation. Arts, whether architecture, paintings or sculpture, are all types of arts that cause a twisting of sensations. Colors, fonts, shade, light, size, space and language are all derived from nature.
All are sources similar to those that assist the poet in penning a poem inspired by the birds' songs, the blow of winds or the running water. These are also the same raw materials for music and rhythm. Lots of countries historically are different in terms of their civilizational, cultural, racial, traditional, linguistic and religious backgrounds.
Without doubt, the main reason behind their unity was the arrival and spread of Islam.
Islam
as a religion and a system of life was the only factor able enough to transcend inherited racial, national and traditional heritage. It was a strong system built on a strong set of principles and values that deal with belief, thought, literature and daily affairs of life. The central engine for this unity was the revelation of the Holy Qur'an in Arabic, which became a common denominator between Muslims regardless of place and time.
Another element which contributed to this unity was the close cooperation between artists from the Islamic world in carrying out civilizational architectural projects. For instance, when political stability had been achieved and Damascus became the capital of the Caliphate, artists from Persia, Greater Syria, Rome and other parts of the Islamic world worked side-by-side on building mosques, libraries, marketplaces and palaces.
The mosque was the embodiment of Islamic arts. The shape was modeled after the prophet's mosque in Madinah. In decorating mosques, engineers and artists followed the principles of simplicity and proximity to nature. For instance, no paintings of humans were permissible on the walls of mosques. Usually, verses of the Holy Qur'an with elaborate calligraphy were painted to beautify walls of mosques and palaces.
Of course, artistic works were not exclusively for mosques and palaces, but also extended to the markets, stores, public baths, public buildings and articles of daily life, such as plates

I love the inward sciences of the soul, but the problem is the spiritual diseases of the heart including:
-miserliness,
-wantonness,
-hatred,
-iniquity,
-envy,
-ostentation,
-vanity,
-fraud, and more.
Purification is a life-long process, not something that is applied once and then forgotten. Purity of heart never survives a passive relationship. Rather, it requires constant consideration.

Emptiness

Truly in the heart there is a void that can not be removed except with the company of Allah.
And in it there is a sadness that can not be removed except with the happiness of knowing Allah and being true to Him.
And in it thereis an emptiness that can not be filled except with love for Him and by turning to Him and always remembering Him And if a person were given all of the world and what is in it, it would not fill this emptiness

Allah - glory be to Him and may He be exalted! - has given inanimate objects awareness and perception by which they glorify their Lord. The stones fall down out of fear of Him. The mountains and trees prostrate. The pebbles, water, and plants glorify Him. All this is going on but we are not aware of it. Allah the Great said, "There is nothing which does not glorify His praise, but you do not understand their glorification". (Quran 17:44) The companions heard the food that was being eaten glorifying Allah. That was because the companions had a transparency of heart that does not now exist among us. All these things are part of our world and yet we are in complete ignorance of them.

The Story of Prophet Job (Ayoub)

DEDICATED TO MY SISTER THAT I'VE NEVER SEEN. BUT ALWAYS FELT...LUV YA SIS. ; )

(THESES TWO LITTLE GIRLS ARE VERY CHRMING)
One day I was alone
Just me and my thoughts

Then Allah steped in
He showed me a sisterhood
One which only Allah could bring
Sisters like you
And sisters like me
We share a bond
Us sisters you see
There is something special
Down deep within
We all love Allah
And we all hate to sin
This sisterhood you see
Helps me to believe
When one of us sets astray
Another will strengthen our way and pray
Words of praise
With heavens name
This sisterhood
I adore
With it I've become much more
We stand through it all
Standing straight
Us Muslims are strong
Hand and Hand
We try to understand
Listening intently
To Allah's Big plan
This sisterhood you see
Means so very much to me!
Sisterhood

I live only to do Thy will,

My lips move only in praise of Thee

O Lord, whoever becometh aware of Thee

Casteth out all else other than Thee.

O Lord, give me a heart

That I may pour it out in Thanksgiving

Give me life

That I may spend it

In working for the salvation of the world.

O Lord, give me understanding

That I stray not from the path

Give me light

To avoid pitfalls.

O Lord, give me eyes

Which see nothing but Thy glory.

Give me a mind

That finds delight in Thy service.

Give me a soul

Drunk in the wine of Thy wisdom.

The Messenger of God said,
"True spiritual excellence is devotion to God as if you see Him; and though you do not see Him, you at least know that He sees you."
EVEREBODY NOW IS SOOOOOOOO SEARCHING FOR SPIRITUAL EXCELLENCE ! ! ! !

We abstain from things all the time in this world, and for many different reasons. And we often don't give it a second thought.

WE SHOULD START LEARNING THE REAL MEANING OF DEVOTION IN VERY MANY THINGS EVERYDAY. I CANT EXPLAIN HOW EXACTLY...ITS JUST........DUNNO REALLY. JUST TRY ALWAYS TO LOOK AT THINGS FROM A DIFFERENT ANGLE, EVEN IF ITS HARD TO DO SO...

there is alwyas light in the end of the tunnneeeeellllllllllllllllllll i guess ; )

TASAWWUF

"Verily, he who has purified the heart is successful and he who has despoiled it has lost."
Tasawwuf, Tazkîyah al Nafs, Tasfîyyah al Qalb, Irfân, Sufism, Islâmic Mysticism, Esoteric or Inner Dimension of Islâm, Purification of the Heart/Self/Soul and more recently Islâmic or Sufic Psychology are used inter-changeably.

Tasawwuf: Sufism

FROZEN IN TIME ! FROZEN IN TIME !

WE SHOULD NEVER FREEZE, NEITHER WE FREEZE IN TIME, NOR DO WE FREEZE TIME ITSELF... & IF ANYONE DOES SO, THEY WOULD BE DELUDING THEMSELVES AND LIVING A BIG CUBE OF ILLUSSIONS.
Abu Barzah Nadlah ibn Ubayd al-Aslami narrated that the Prophet(PBUH) said: “A servant of Allah will remain standing on the Day of Judgment till he is questioned: about his
-age and how he spent it;
-and about his knowledge and how he utilized it;
-about his wealth from where he acquired it and in what (activities) he spent it;
-and about his body as to how he used it.”
An immortal smile,
stays only for a while
But down the line,
it strengthens us inside
We all live the illusion,
of many days to come
Not realising that tomorrow
lies with Allah, the only One
The Only One

Time goes by
on the wings of a butterfly
And what goes with it
is all that you have
So take the best of every moment,
take the best of every man
Then move on
and don’t ever look back…
don’t look back

WHEN A PERSON GETS READY TO "GO" ...

IN LIFE,
WE ARE ALL TRAVELLERS,
ITS NOTHING THAT WE CHOOSE...
WHLIE GOING ON,
WE MAKE CHOICES,
WHILE DESTINY TAKES US...
WE LEAD THE WAY UNTIL OUR FINAL ABODE...
Then come people, when you look them in the eyes, traveling to the depths of their souls and you say a million things without trace of a sound, you know that your own life is inevitable consumed within the rhythmic beatings of their very heart. We love them for a million reasons, No paper would do it justice. It is a thing not of the mind but of the heart. A feeling. Only felt.once in your life, whatever they were to the world they become everything to you.
