Humility in Prayers

Humility is a state that occurs in the heart (qalb) due to fear of a dreaded object, or even intense desire for some good thing, such as Paradise. This state of the heart manifests itself on the limbs and the whole body. Depending on how strong this state is in your heart, your whole body will show the effects. The more humility in your heart, the greater the effects will show on your outward appearance, and vice versa.

When this state is at its most extreme in a person, he becomes unable to do anything, to the extent that all movements of his body cease, and he becomes perfectly motionless, and it is possible, in this extreme state, that he may die due to the complete cessation of his blood circulation and cardiac function.

There is neither power nor might except that of Allah.
