NOT JUST WISDOM, IT IS A TREMENDOUSLY JUST WISDOM!

"And if you tried to count the blessings of Allah, never will you be able to calculate them." (14:34)
Praise be to Allah!
A brother believes that the wisdom is in being balanced between the people, and that the people be all the same. I swear by Allah, this is NOT the wisdom. There is no wisdom in the people being all the same. But the wisdom in there being differences is to define trials and establish tests. To distinguish the grateful from the disbeliever, the distressed from the patient, and the one who does good from the one who does other than that. This is the pot in which the soul of man will be melted in.
This is life, the place for striving and struggling. If Allah wished, He would have created mankind with bodies in need of food. It would not need wealth, food, or drink. But Allah installed in mankind appetites and cravings. He made them in need of food, drink, procreation, sex, and others. So Glory be to Allah, Who has created mankind in this fashion. And if all the people were equal, this life would have no taste to it, or any wisdom. For one to know how to be patient, there has to be something present for him to be patient with. And for one to know goodness and righteousness, it is necessary for there to be something for him to be good to. These are the blessings of humanity that would not be able to be distinguished except if there were differences and favoritism in life. If life were all brightness and daylight, there would not have been nighttime that the people retire in and that Allah has created as a covering. It is a must for light and dark, it is a must for day and night. It is a must for all of this.
"And if the Truth had been in accordance with their desires, verily the heavens and the earth would have been corrupted."(23:7 1)
Everybody thinks that the wisdom has to be in accordance with their desires. If this did happen, then life would never be normal.
Indeed Allah, The Mighty and Sublime, is not in accordance with this desire or that desire! For He has a wisdom that we know and a wisdom that we do not know. How many secrets does Allah have that even the tiniest quantity is hidden from the understanding of the intelligent?
Let me give an example for this young man.It was said that a man and his son were under a date-palm tree in an orchard. The boy decided to challenge his father, so he said to him: *Oh father, look at these different things that we see. What wisdom can you tel I me about them? And Allah is Wise and knows everything. Look at this small plant, the watermelon plant. It produces a very big fruit. What's the connection between this and the watermelon? What should it be or what is logical is that the fruit of the date palm be in the greatness of the watermelon, to suit the size of the tree. While the fruit of the watermelon plant be in the size of a date.* So he said to him: *My son, Allah has a wisdom that we do not know.*Then the young man lay on his back and his father lay on his side. And as soon as the young man's eyes closed a little, a date fell from the top of the palm tree. It hit him on his head, hurting him, and causing him to wake up. So his father said to him: *What is the matter?* He said: *A date from the top of the palm tree fell and hit me.* The father replied: *My son, praise Allah that it was not a watermelon!*
This is an example to show the wisdom of Allah, The Mighty and Sublime. People are unable and incapable of grasping this wisdom and understanding it all. But there is nothing left for one to say except what the angels have said:
"Glory be to You. We have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Indeed You are The All- Knowing The All-Wise." (2:32)
Or what has been said by the men of understanding, those that remember Allah standing, sitting, or lying on their sides and they think about the creation of the heavens and earth:
"Our Lord, You have not created this in vain. Glory be to You. Save us from the torment of the Fire." (3:191)
What is encumbent upon this young man who had this doubt and did what he did, is that he asks Allah for forgiveness, repent to Him, renew his faith and confidence in Allah, establish salaah, and connects himself with the people of knowledge and religion so that Allah can accept him and make him from the righteous young men. Allah is The Guardian, The Determiner.
"It is He (God) Who has created hearing, sight and hearts for you. What little thanks you show!" (Qur'an, 23/78)
"Do you not see that God has made everything on the Earth subservient to you and the ships running upon the sea by Hiscommand? He holds back the heaven, preventing it from falling to the Earth-except by His permission. God is All-Compassionate to mankind, Most Merciful." (Qur'an, 22: 65)
BUT I BET INSIGHT IS A GREAT BLESSING AS WELL AS SIGHT.DON'T YOUI AGREE?

I am a Christian but I have come top differ with my religious leaders on salvation. There is only one God and He is the God of the Arab, the Jew and the Christian. We are all brothers. I do not believe Muslims are infidels any more than I believe Jews are hell-bound because they have not accepted Jesus Christ.
Our scriptures teach us tha because of theri belief and trust is was counted to them for righteounous. I do believe that Ismael was Abraham's rightful heir, not Jacaob. What little I have read of the Quran is revealing. We are all brothers and sisters in Gods world.
